I\u2019m often told I practice a wide range of therapies. That\u2019s true \u2014 and it\u2019s a reflection of my own healing path. Each method I offer, from acupuncture and Bowen therapy to massage, herbal medicine, and energy healing, is something that made a real difference in my own recovery.
